Eliminating Negative Stress NOW!


NOW! No Other Way

An issue which continues to be a major challenge in society is stress.

To be more specific negative stress.

Stress in and of itself is not negative or even unhealthy.

 In fact stress is a natural part of life it's simply a tool for strengthening and growth. It's our own perception of stress that determines weather it is positive or negative.

So when does stress become so called negative or Bad?

By not living within the natural laws of The Grand Organized Design

So what does every person have in common when they exclaim " I'm so stressed out!" or " I'm just so frustrated because.........!"  or any other phrase to express their anxiety?  We've  all been there! The answer is, as stated above, not being in harmony with nature.

Eastern philosophy teaches that you must learn to live in the now moving from moment to moment.  This creates bliss!  This is a deep truth and wisdom. To understand this better we must realize that our physical existence is only in what we call the present. This is the only place in time that we can physically act, do or create anything.

The past and the future are only realities in our minds according to our perceptions or belief systems.  

The so-called bad stress occurs when we continuously live either in the past or the future.

What do I mean by this?

 Take a look at when ever someone refers to why they are stressed - its because of something that happened such as an argument or something someone said or did. On the the hand they may be stressed because of what may occur "A What If  scenario" or focused on all the tasks that have to be done. The simple reality is "bad stress" is only created through perception and how we choose to act or more so react to events.

While we cant go completely in depth here on teaching how to use our natural tools, we can attempt to provide some understanding, at least in part, what we mean by living in the NOW because there is

"No Other Way"!

 

Many experts have a number of ways to deal with, reduce or manage stress. - Most neglect addressing the real root of the cause.

The reality is if we practice living in the now we would virtually eliminate all the so called bad stress in our lives.

Anyone who has studied meditation and the Eastern philosophy and culture understands this.

However, most people who are stressed out will say -

"I know that, but I cant just sit around all the time with my legs crossed humming to myself saying its all OK!"

 To this statement I agree!

Even though that practice actually would work, we all know, unless there is an job opening  as a monk in Tibet this is not option for most of us.

In fact the energy and natural laws we know to be   The Grand Organized Design   or GOD has created all three states of time reference for a reason. Past, present and future do exist and all need to be utilized in proper proportion.

What we need to focus on is understanding that the only way we eliminate negative stress is by living in the - NOW.

With practice we have the opportunity to redirect our thinking thereby continuously shifting the focus away from what we stress about.

As they say Practice, Practice, Practice!!!

This builds habits or rituals and in time becomes second nature.

Before you say "easier said than done."  I know it is a big challenge to change.

Physics plays its game with overcoming inertia!

First you have to work hard to move past the resistance to get moving forward.

At times I still catch myself falling into old habits, but now its much easier to to get back on track when i see it happening.

 

Life is made up from a series of moments -  after a second passes on the clock it is the past and can never be regained The next second is not here yet it's in the future and can never be obtained! The only second that we can use is the one we are in now, this moment is the only time we have to use for change!

This is why I say there is  No Other Way than NOW !

Work towards using every moment in a positive way!

Realize in each moment you can focus it on anything you want to.

To express happiness, gratitude , love, forgiveness, understanding  or choose to waste it by getting stuck on negative things that happened in the past or what might be a problem in the future!
